The following stroke symptoms may be the result of an arterial dissection: Sudden weakness; paralysis or numbness of the face, arms, or legs, especially on one side of the body; confusion; trouble speaking or understanding speech; vision problems; problems breathing; dizziness and unexplained falls; loss of consciousness; sudden and severe headache.
